Jose Mourinho is reunited with many familiar faces on Thursday evening when Manchester United face his present team Fenerbahce in the Europa League.
Manchester United midfielder Casemiro smiled as he greeted Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho in the tunnel before the second half of the Europa League match.
Mourinho has been aiming to orchestrate a victory over his former team following a poor start to the season in Turkey. Christian Eriksen’s goal in the 15th minute gave United the lead at halftime.
Fenerbahce worked hard to equalise and believed they had it until Youssef En-Nesyri was denied twice by Andre Onana’s great saves. As the sides came out for the second half, Mourinho was seen saying something to Onana that made him giggle before Casemiro noticed him.
